Silent PC Review has reviews and discussion boards regarding quiet computers and components.
Quiet PC USA is another webstore for quiet components.
Alfredo Milani Comparetti has written freeware that controls your fans. This program, speedfan, reduces the speed of the fans in your computer as necessary, and with reduced revolutions, the noise will be less.
I have a 1991 Mercury Capri convertible. I have found these websites to be helpful.
Midcounty Classic Mustang Yes, its a Mustang place, but the guy's wife drives a Capri. He knows how to get parts from Ford (Australia).
